The Practice has an appointments system for your convenience and to aid the doctors and nurses. We aim to give routine appointments within two working days, but if you wish to see a particular doctor you may have to wait longer.

In order to provide a personal service and continuity of care, we prefer that patients see their own doctor, but you may consult any of the doctors if you wish, or if you have a problem that cannot wait.
If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know.

To make an appointment please phone or call at reception between 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Only one patient per appointment please.

Patients who are not ordinarily resident in the UK may be charged for any treatment they receive.

The doctors do make home visits for those who are too unwell to come to the surgery. In order to help plan our visits, please ring before 10.30am whenever possible. Urgent visits will be dealt with as a priority. We expect you to give details to the receptionist to help us plan our visits. Difficulty getting to the surgery is not a reason for a home visit. Doctors provide a health service and not a taxi service!

We store both personal and medical information about you on our computer system. This information will not be released to a third party without your consent. Full details of the type of information we hold are available at reception.

Our surgery is a training practice for GPs and medical students and we are grateful if patients are willing to help in their training. Patient consent will be requested and you may ask to see your doctor without a trainee present.
