Online appointments and prescriptions

We are now able to offer online appointment booking and an improved prescription request service. Please visit the surgery to register for these online services. 

Moved address or changed your phone numbers recently?

Please inform us of any change in your contact details immediately. This helps us provide better service and care. You can use the form on the home page of this website or inform us in person.

More than one problem to discuss?

Please be reminded that the doctor may not be able to effectively deal with several problems in one consultation. You might be asked to book another appointment. Please speak to one of our reception staff if you need a double appointment or there are any queries. 

 

Nurse Practitioners

Tracy Harrison (f)

Tracy is our Advanced Nurse Practitioner and can see patients aged 16 and over. She is an independent prescriber so is able to do a prescription for medication if clinically needed.

Tracy cannot issue certificates (sick notes)

Nurses

Janette Ward (f)

Janette is our senior practice nurse and has the lead role in the care of diabetes, as well as the usual nursing duties. She is available at the surgery on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Debbie Wells (f)

Debbie is available for diabetes and asthma as well as all the usual nursing duties. She is available at the surgery on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

As well as the above duties, our Practice Nurses are available for a comprehensive range of other services. They are able to offer wound dressing, vaccinations and immunisations, dietary advice, ECGs, smoking cessation advice, contraception advice, weight management, ear syringing, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, warfarin testing and other services.

Our Health Care Assistants, Di, Jo and Debbie, are available for blood pressure checks, blood tests, smoking cessation advice, weight management, ECGs, minor dressings, suture removal and 24 hour blood pressure monitoring. In addition they are also able to do some vaccinations such as flu.
